Event Review: Craft Bazaar at Sanctuary, Basingstoke – 23rd October 2016

Hello Crafters!

Last Sunday, Sanctuary in Basingstoke had it’s first Craft Bazaar! Although modest in size, it was a huge success and is now set to become a regular event in the live venue’s jam packed lineups! Hurrah!

There was a great variety of handmade crafts ranging from: crochet booties, zombie hair clips, knitted beanies, hand printed punk patches and gothic soft toys. Everyone had a great day and the venue even had a kettle on hand for all the teas and coffees that any diet required!

People came to buy their bespoke gifts all day in a steady stream of friendly chatter. Many folks commented on what a good idea the set up was and enquired as to whether they could sign up for the next one!

All i can say is bring on the next Bazaar! – Well done Sanctuary!

Here are some rather blurry (crafters don’t sit still for very long) snaps of the day and do check out Wonderland Leech‘s wonderfully macabre jewellery , Angry Tiki‘s punchy zombie delights, Rogue Cat Productions‘s printed punkass patches, Loopy Lolly’s Fairy Furnishings & not forgetting  Shelley Turnbull’s Shell Jewellery

Please remember that all these designs are the crafter’s own and should not be reproduced with out permission.
